The staff was extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The proximity to both the train station and the gondola ski lift, just a 5-minute walk away, was a major convenience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the fantastic sauna experience, which added to my overall happiness during the trip.

While there was nothing I particularly disliked, there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room, especially during the winter, as it would have allowed for a soothing cup of tea before bedtime.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and gondola ski lift. Additionally, the hotel included a sommer card in the price, which allowed free access to cable cars in Sedrun/Disentis and Andermatt/Oberalppass, as well as free train rides between Disentis and Oberalppass. This added value made my stay even more enjoyable and was worth more than the cost of the hotel itself.
